![]() ![]() Note the front two legs: having them crossed once isn't supposed to be possible, let alone twice. This is as good as I could make it.Īnd some ones I thought should be interesting for you lot: I decided to try and improve Kelsey's Mudkip. They're not supposed to be the flapping kind. They only allow the creature to glide a bit, that's all. Oh, and Pigbuster, they aren't wings, just so you know. So far, I've made 52 creatures! Seriously, I have a LOT of ideas for these things! Hopefully some moderating is done, otherwise we could also see some very phallic species :pToo late: On Mac, this game doesn't work with class GMA 950 integrated video cards. * Dual 2.0GHz CPUs, or 1.7GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent * Intel Integrated Chipset, GMA 950 for Windows, GMA X3100 for Mac OS X This game doesn't work on PowerPC (G3/G4/G5) or Mac based systems (PowerMac).įor computers with integrated graphic chipsets, the game requires at least: * At least 260MB free disk space for installation, plus additional space for creatures. * ATI X1600 or NVidia 7300 GT with 128 MB Video RAM, or Intel Integrated GMA X3100 * At least 190MB free disk space for installation, plus additional space for creatures * 128 MB graphics card with Pixel Shader 2.0 support Though for the ones that haven't got it yet, these are the system reqs: I imagine they were planning to get more stuff worked out before releasing the demo (servers, localization, Mac version, etc.) but people just can't contain themselves. Well that's funny, because EA Store themselves still say it's going to be released on the 18th. Well anyway: GOD DAMNIT!!!! *throws hissy fit* I get the feeling that this happened because of the dude who leaked. I just got an Email from EA store saying the release for the Creature creator has been delayed to the 22 of June. The only problem is that they'll only show up in the Everything section of the Sporepedia and not the My Creatures section. Then close the game and move the images / rename the folder back to what they should be. I've restarted my comp, let it sit while I slept and tried moving the png files around to see if it'd re-recognize them and nothing's worked.Įither move all images out of the creatures folder, or rename the creatures folder to something else. How did you fix that problem? I can't get to the first three I made now. In the bottom left corner of the screen, there's a question-mark button. I can't figure out how you scale/change thickness of the creature. Photos are saved in "./my documents/my spore creations/pictures". On the corner of the Test Drive mode, there's a photo button. Not sure if you guys are doing anything official for the pics, but I just printed screen :p I also managed to make an absolutely massive creature, as big as it gets, but I forgot to take a picture. Speaking of awesome bugs, that Weedle kicks ass! Out of the 28, the second one I made is still my favourite, by far! Oh, and I did try a Foobos, but one heck of a big mouth isn't quite so possible to do in this game. In the mean time, how about elephants and snowmen? That's a bit too much, so I'm not posting them all. So far, I've only had it for 24 hours, yet I've made 28, mostly-very-detailed creatures. (well, the hands were the lowest, but he's just in a pose that shows off how high it's flying.) It works especially well on the fourth spiked mouth, as the spikes are able to lock into a position where the 6 spikes are all equally spaced apart.ģ: If you deny a creature legs, then you're able to have it levitating by making the creatures hands the lowest part of the body: Like on the hydra above.Ģ: With the spiked mouthes, if you're making just one, you can rotate it to get twice the number of spikes for the price of one. It's pretty plain, and that's because the game has a limit on the number of parts you can use.ġ: With the lizard eyes, if you're making just one, you can rotate it to get a cross-pupil. But I prefer to take things to the extreme: ![]()
